ABOUT

Founded in 2007, Riverwise Engineering, LLC (RWE) is a corporation based in Durango, CO specializing in river recreation and restoration projects. The Principal, Shane Sigle, PE, received his Master's Degree in Water Resources from the University of Maryland. This technical degree complements his accomplishments as a two-time member of the USA Canoe and Kayak Team and two-time member of the USA Rafting Team.   The Corporation is founded on the ideal that technical knowledge and real-world experience make the best scientists and engineers. Our team is composed of scholar athletes that play and work in the environments that we are designing in the office. We feel this gives us more insight and creativity versus the standard "desk jocky" in the business.
